Staging Tiers
Tier 1 - for the DIY'ers - 45 minute consultation $50 done via FaceTime, Zoom etc.
Tier 2 - In person visit to consult with what needs to be accomplished before the sale of the house. Placement of furniture and accessories. $150 (Houses under 2,500 Sqft)
Tier 3 - 2 onsite visits - First visit to organize game plan (cleaning and decluttering), furniture placement and address accessories. Second visit to fine tune placement of everything before photography. $250
Tier 4 - Priced on a case by case basis.
